Bupa Health Insurance
Project: Driving loyalty programs and reducing customer churn

A general perception that health insurance didn’t offer good value, combined with a global pandemic and then a cost-of-living crisis, meant Bupa was battling to show its value and reduce member churn. I worked with Bupa to simplify its interactions with customers and developed email journeys that addressed its members’ key pain points.

Intrepid Travel
Project: Supercharged their hiking tours

Hiking Mt Kilimanjaro is an intensely competitive market and Intrepid Travel struggled to articulate why it’s product was better than everyone else on the mountain. Combining customer-led insights with a targeted SEO approach, I overhauled the travel company’s sales page and boosted sales on their Kilimanjaro tours by 700%.

Tourism Australia
Project: Overhauling Melbourne’s visual library

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tourism Australia ordered a complete refresh of its asset database to help support domestic tourism businesses. I joined the NECI Project to shoot 18 different tourism experiences across Melbourne, supplying high-resolution photos to use across print, digital, event, OOH and other marketing placements.
